Human Resources Coordinator
Consolidated Human Resources (“CHR”) is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Human Resource Coordinator at CHR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization and clients.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Offering flexible hours of service when client demands require such, with advance notice provided
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for various clients
- Facilitating employee relations and addressing employee queries and concerns
- Overseeing performance management and assisting with employee evaluations
- Conducting training sessions on HR-related topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or any professional setting
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform essential duties with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Experience with Prism HR
- Experience with legal research
- Two or more years of experience with HR employment documentation
- Knowledge of 401(k) plans
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish
