About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR function by establishing partnerships and aligning processes to support human resources, leaders, and team members. The role involves supporting the employee life cycle, assisting with HR initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to ensure high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Service Excellence – provides a high level of customer service by ensuring needs are met in a timely manner
- Serves as a resource for human resource policies and procedures
- Supports the onboarding process for new team members
- Coordinates day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy of data
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Identifies and mitigates risks and resolves human capital matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associates Degree with one year relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and three years relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of terminology and competencies demonstrated in an HR environment

Day shift, 8:00am-5:00pm, 80 hours per week
