Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator at Trump Winery supports the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR support while fostering company culture and contributing to positive retention practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, seasonal, and regular positions
• Write, post, and maintain job advertisements
• Prepare and conduct New Hire Meetings; create welcome packets, and onboarding documents
• Maintain HR systems and tracking tools, including Staff Directory, Office Contact List, Benefits Tracker, and Staff Calendar
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and service milestones
• Process I-9 documentation and verify work authorization through E-Verify
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Gmail and G-suite
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Able to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially

Pay

$23 - $29 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Full Time, non-exempt - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
