About the role

Maintain Payroll and HR Database information for multiple companies. Assist with benefit management for multiple facilities. Respond to inquiries from various government agencies. Perform customer service functions for field staff. Other miscellaneous duties to include scanning documents, special projects, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in benefit management for multiple facilities.
  • Respond to inquiries from various government agencies.
  • Perform customer service functions for field staff.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties such as scanning documents, special projects, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school or equivalent level of education and three to five years of experience in a personnel related field.
  • Two-year associate’s degree with related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interact well with co-workers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proficient knowledge of computers, word processing, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong administrative and keyboarding skills.
