  • Aid with employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files
  • Update HR systems and employee information
  • Cook up training sessions and employee programs
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Aid with special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, human resources, or support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
