- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities

- Aid with employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files
- Update HR systems and employee information
- Cook up training sessions and employee programs
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Aid with special projects and administrative tasks
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, human resources, or support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
