Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the new hire process and onboarding for all new hires
- Communicates with and works closely with all levels of management and other Corporate departments
- Serves as a liaison to corporate payroll for internal status changes, new hires, and terminations
- Affords assistance in answering benefit-related questions and information, as needed
- Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, HRIS systems, maintaining job descriptions, processing paperwork and data entry related to company's programs and processes
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as needed
- Might be responsible for recruitment activities for the Company as needed: works with corporate and division management to identify selection criteria, determine area of search, advertise, and pre-screen candidate’s if requested
- Performs special projects and other duties, as assigned
