Job Overview

The HR Coordinator will provide support across the full employee lifecycle and partner with a strategic leader to drive HR initiatives.

About the Role

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its team. The role offers broad exposure and direct partnership with a strategic leader who values growth and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experience
  • Partner on compensation, reporting, and organizational data needs
  • Support policy administration and respond to employee questions with professionalism and discretion
  • Partner with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits programs
  • Aid in the recruitment process, especially during high volume periods
  • Assist with special projects across HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Help maintain HR budget to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Explore and adopt AI and other emerging technologies to simplify HR processes, improve workforce productivity, and enhance the employee and manager experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind the work
  • Proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills

Compensation

Min USD $60,000.00/Yr.

Max USD $70,000.00/Yr.
