About the Role
Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its team. The role offers broad exposure and direct partnership with a strategic leader who values growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experience
- Partner on compensation, reporting, and organizational data needs
- Support policy administration and respond to employee questions with professionalism and discretion
- Partner with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits programs
- Aid in the recruitment process, especially during high volume periods
- Assist with special projects across HR operations, workforce planning, and process improvement
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee questions regarding benefits and eligibility
- Help maintain HR budget to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Explore and adopt AI and other emerging technologies to simplify HR processes, improve workforce productivity, and enhance the employee and manager experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind the work
- Proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
