Job Description As an HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring leaders while managing several key programs that support our talent strategy. In this role, you will oversee our Contingent Worker Program, Relocation Program, Employee Referral Program, and relationships with external Talent Acquisition partners. You will ensure these programs run efficiently, align with business needs, and deliver a positive experience for candidates, leaders, and external partners. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support a wide range of functions and geographic locations across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate brings approximately one year of experience in recruitment, relationship development, and customer service, though equivalent experience will be considered. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders, external partners, staffing agencies, and candidates to drive effective hiring processes, enhance program performance, and contribute to broader talent initiatives across the organization. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will be based in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities Key Duties and Responsibilities Complete recruitment processes to fill vacancies including but not limited to:Advising hiring supervisors on the recruitment processOverseeing interview processScreening resumesDeveloping a pool of qualified candidates proactivelyRecommending applicants for interviewsMaking recommendations regarding hiring decisionsReviewing pre-employment physicals, drug testing and background resultsDrafting and reviewing external employment ads and posting through ATS systemAttending career fairs and networking eventsBuilding and maintaining relationships at colleges, universities and technical schools (as specified by position)Building relationships with Diversity Partners Manage the Relocation Program, including coordinating relocation setup for new hires and transfers, overseeing relocation invoicing and vendor billing, and ensuring alignment with company relocation policies and guidelines.Manage the Employee Referral Program, including processing monthly referral payouts, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate reporting to track program activity and effectiveness.Compile, maintain, and/or prepare documentation of employment activities such as job application information, interview questions, job descriptions for postings, employee documentation, offers of employment, and correspondence.Assist hiring leaders to prioritize competencies and use of behavioral-based interviewing, as well as applicable applicant assessment tools.Track, compile, and prepare staffing and/or applicant data by utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide advice and assist hiring leaders, employees, industry peers, and others regarding staffing and recruiting processes, employee benefits, available employment alternatives, and interpreting policies.Coordinate college and technical school recruiting initiatives, including the Orientation Program for College Recruits and Intern Program (as specified by position).Utilize social media to engage students for the College Recruits and Intern programs.Assist with onboarding process.Serve as legal liaison for staff attorneys and candidates.Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience. (Typically, one and a half to two years of relevant experience is equivalent to one year of formal education.) Experience In addition to education, this role typically calls for two to four years of relevant professional experience.Experience conducting employment interviews and analyzing applicant information. Typically requires approximately one year of experience in recruitment, relationship development, and customer service, though equivalent experience will be considered. Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures applicable to position.Experience interpreting and applying governmental regulations applicable to position.Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including utilizing computers (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).Experience and training related to:Employment practices and related governmental regulationsGovernmental regulations relative to equal employment, affirmative action, and disability Interviewing skillsCustomer serviceWritten and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal/communication skillsExperience compiling and preparing information and reports pertaining to employee data, interview questions, applicant statistics, health benefits, workplace accommodations, policies, procedures, and correspondence.Experience interacting, advising, and communicating effectively.Experience reading and interpreting manuals, reports, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, documentation, policies, procedures, and correspondence.Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English. Licenses and Certifications Required applicable driver's license. Additional Requirements Preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings. Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.Able to operate office tools and equipment required.Communicate and/or exchange information; conduct oral presentations.Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
