We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions. Also remove "POSITION PURPOSE" maybe treat as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: could be the "POSITION PURPOSE" paragraph(s). Also maybe "The Human Resource Business Partner II serves as a strategic partner..." That's the purpose. Also maybe "The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen..." That's more qualifications? But we can include in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of essential job responsibilities (bulleted). We need to extract each bullet as
  • inside
. Must preserve all details. - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" list? Also "Physical Demands & Work Conditions"? Might be separate? But we can include under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections Requirements and Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements = minimum qualifications, Qualifications = preferred qualifications? But we need to decide based on content. We have: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred and may be required within 2 years of hire. - 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a generalist, HRBP or advisory role preferred. - Proven experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs (eg. Medicare/Medicaid) - Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies and best practices. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity - Experience considering the impacts of the work on multiple communities, including communities of color, in technical analysis. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Bi-lingual translation or translation capabilities preferred. - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite. Then "PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS" maybe could be under Requirements? Or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for that; we could include under Requirements as part of physical demands. But we must not create sections without real content. We could include a short

for physical demands under Requirements or maybe under a separate section like "Work Conditions" but not in allowed list. Since only allowed headings are those, we might incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably Requirements. Then "CHALLENGES" maybe could be under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could be omitted? It's substantive but not a standard heading. Could we create a section? The instruction says use those headings as examples, but we can include other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are typical but not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those. Thus we need sections: - About the role: position purpose + maybe overview. - Responsibilities: essential job responsibilities list. - Requirements: minimum qualifications + physical demands? Might be okay. - Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? But we have many items marked "preferred". Could separate: Requirements = minimum qualifications (required), Qualifications = preferred qualifications. However the minimum qualifications list includes many "preferred" words. Actually the list says "preferred" for many items. So it's ambiguous. But we can treat the whole block as Qualifications. However we need both sections maybe. Better: Use Requirements for the mandatory items (like Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, etc.) and Qualifications for preferred items (certifications, bilingual, etc.). But the list includes many "preferred". However we can still separate: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years progressive HR experience, proven experience working with senior leaders, no suspension/exclusion, strong knowledge of HR laws, ability to handle confidential info, experience considering impacts on multiple communities, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, proficient computer skills. Qualifications: SHRM-CP etc preferred, 1 year in generalist/HRBP advisory role preferred, bilingual preferred, etc. Also physical demands maybe under Requirements. But we must not lose any info. We'll include all items in either section. Also we have "CHALLENGES" maybe could be omitted? It's substantive but not fitting headings. Could we include under Responsibilities? Not really. Could we create a section "Challenges"? The instruction didn't forbid other headings, but said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; but we could also add others if needed? Safer to stick to those. So we may drop Challenges if not fitting. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to incorporate Challenges somewhere else, maybe under Responsibilities as a bullet? Or under About the role as a paragraph. We can add a sentence about challenges. Similarly "PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS" we can include under Requirements as a paragraph. Also "WORK LOCATION On-Site (occasional travel as required)" maybe could be under Schedule? Actually schedule is about work hours; location maybe not. Could be under About the role. We also have "STATUS FT, Exempt" and "WAGE RANGE 20" (maybe $20/hour?). That is Pay info. So we need a Pay section if posting actually states them. Yes we have WAGE RANGE 20 (maybe $20). So we should include Pay section with that info. Also STATUS FT, Exempt could be under Schedule? Actually schedule is about full-time/part-time, exempt status. So we can put Schedule section with FT, Exempt. Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. Skills: maybe we can include under Qualifications? But we have a Skills heading allowed. Could we extract skills like "excellent interpersonal and communication skills", "proficient computer skills", "bi-lingual translation", "strong knowledge of HR laws", etc. Could create Skills section. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can list them as
. That's fine. Thus we will have sections: - About the role: position purpose + work location + status? Actually status maybe schedule. We'll keep About the role: position purpose + work location (On-site occasional travel). Also maybe brief overview. - Responsibilities: list of essential job responsibilities (the bullet points). We'll convert each sentence starting with verb into
      • . - Requirements: minimum qualifications (the bullet list items that are required). We'll need to decide which are required vs preferred. Since many say "preferred", but we can't be sure. To be safe, we could put all qualifications under Qualifications section and leave Requirements empty? But we must not create empty headings. So we need to decide. Maybe we treat Requirements as the list of items under "Minimum Qualifications" (the whole block). And Qualifications as maybe empty? But we cannot create empty heading. So we could omit Qualifications if no distinct content. However we have preferred items like SHRM certifications, bilingual, etc. Those could go under Qualifications. Thus: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; 5+ years progressive HR experience; proven experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment; no suspension/exclusion/debarment from federal health care programs; strong knowledge of HR laws, policies and best practices; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity; experience considering impacts of work on multiple communities including communities of color in technical analysis; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite. Qualifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred and may be required within 2 years of hire; 1+ year in a generalist, HRBP or advisory role preferred; bi-lingual translation or translation capabilities preferred. Also maybe physical demands under Requirements? Could add a paragraph. Schedule: FT, Exempt; On-site (occasional travel as required). Actually location maybe under About the role. But schedule: FT, Exempt. Pay: WAGE RANGE 20 (maybe $20/hour or $20k?). We'll output as "$20" (assuming per hour). We'll keep as "20" but maybe add "$". Better to keep exactly as posted: "WAGE RANGE 20". We'll output that. Now we need to remove boilerplate: EEO, acknowledgment, etc. We'll produce HTML:
