  • Succession Planning Stewardship: Help future-proof the organization by identifying critical roles and ensuring leadership pipelines are robust and ready.
  • Employee Experience Champion: Amplify employee voices through active listening and engagement strategies, implementing meaningful changes that improve culture and morale.

This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to six members of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), who collectively lead HRBP teams supporting the company’s businesses and functions. You will also serve as a key member of the HR for HR team, partnering across the HR function to advance talent priorities and an optimal HR Operating Model.

  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects that span the HR function, partnering across teams and disciplines to drive alignment and results.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong Project Management Discipline: Expertly balance scope, time, and resources to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and their intended impact is fully realized.
  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, uncover insights, and guide data-driven decisions that shape workforce strategies.
  • HR Consulting Expertise: Apply sound judgment and holistic thinking to diagnose organizational needs and deliver solutions that balance employee well-being with business goals.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning Capability: Translate business strategy into actionable talent plans, ensuring the organization has the right skills, structures, and diversity to thrive now and in the future.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market conditions, and profitability levers to align HR strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Strategic Problem Solving Mindset: Tackle complex, unfamiliar challenges with a hypothesis-driven approach, iterative learning, and the ability to synthesize diverse inputs into innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field highly preferred.
  • Significant level of relevant experience required.

Preferred location: Indianapolis or Southern Indiana.
