Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across North America (U.S. & Mexico).

This role will act as a strategic HR partner, aligning business goals with people strategy, supporting leadership teams in workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership

    • Act as the main HR contact for managers and leadership teams.
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
    • Translate business needs into HR solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Employee Relations & Performance

    • Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance and consistency.
    • Support performance management and development processes.
    • Advise leaders on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Compliance & Labor Relations

    • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws (federal, state, local).
    • Oversee HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, audits.
    • Support multi-state operations and field workforce compliance.
  • Talent & HR Operations

    • Support recruitment and staffing strategies.
    • Participate in headcount planning.
    • Career coordination with HR and payroll teams across U.S. and Mexico.
    • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience as HRBP or HR Manager.
  • Experience in renewable energy, industrial, or project-based environments (preferred).
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. operations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws.
  • Fully fluent Spanish + Intermediate/Advanced English.
