Overview

Recruits high-level employees from local and non-local areas, develops talent acquisition processes, and oversees HRIS and Team Member Services functions.

Responsibilities

  • Supports HR team with daily functions and assists with on-boarding/off-boarding during peak seasons.
  • Communicates with corporate HR shared services team and informs management of potential issues.
  • Collaborates with managers to gauge staffing levels, working conditions, and quality guest service.
  • Develops and implements a recruitment plan to attract high-level employees.
  • Provides data to managers for growth in training programs and safety training.
  • Maintains confidentiality and follows safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversees 2-4 team members in the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications

  • Diverse knowledge of human resources, business management, and relevant industry experience.
  • Background in hospitality/resort industry preferred.
  • Experience with State and Federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Five plus years of Human Resource or Business Management experience with progressive responsibility.
  • Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
