Human Resources Business Partner (Bilingual)

• Parenthesize and execute succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
• Use data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred).
• A deep understanding of California employment law.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.

Position Pay Range

$110,000 USD - $120,000 USD
