What You’ll Get To Do

- Parenthesize and execute succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
- Use data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred).
- A deep understanding of California employment law.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
Position Pay Range
$110,000 USD - $120,000 USD
