About the role

Enhance organizational efficiency and support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Administer benefits programs and handle employee benefits inquiries.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
