About the role
Enhance organizational efficiency and support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee benefits inquiries.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
