Responsibilities

  • Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Lead workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Foster employee engagement through recognition, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to improve hiring, retention, and engagement.
  • Support compensation, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and influence business decisions.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using HR metrics and data to drive business decisions.
