Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee benefits administration and leave management through coordination with Corporate HR support staff.
  • Oversee recruitment of non-exempt positions, hiring, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Aid Talent Acquisition Manager on the hiring and onboarding of professional and management positions.
  • Maintain personnel files for all active employees and manage HR transactions in HRIS system (Workday) accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Provide accurate tracking of attendance for non-exempt personnel, including verification of call-ins.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Corporate HR to develop programs to support employee growth and skill development.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
  • Prepare, track, and conduct employee training sessions to reflect strategic talent development.
  • Assist senior HR leadership with talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner or leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
