Purpose & Scope

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s). This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of VHC Health.

About the Role

Maintains an effective level of literacy about HR best practices, VHC Health policies, and the strategy of the assigned business unit(s).

Responsibilities

  • Aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit(s)
  • Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
  • Delivers value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of VHC Health
  • Maintains an effective level of literacy about HR best practices, VHC Health policies, and the strategy of the assigned business unit(s)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience resolving employee relations issues
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
