About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization’s business units. This includes collaborating with managers to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
• Provide guidance and support in areas such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
