Job Description

Salary:
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $105,000 - $110,000 + 10% Bonus Target and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or leadership role.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations within the region as needed.
