The Human Resources Business Partner champions team member culture, engagement, and relations; manages employment files; drives talent acquisition and retention; streamlines HR processes; influences culture and retention metrics; and ensures HR compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain healthy partner relationships with internal business partners.
- Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to analyze trends and metrics, developing solutions, programs, and policies.
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Partner with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Manage day-to-day administrative HR functions in the warehouse.
- Proactively recruit for open positions and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates to facilitate growth. Maintain relationships with employment agencies.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to create a unique experience for team members.
- Partner with team members to bring the company culture to life through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and current regulations, with the ability to advise autonomously.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint. Experience with UKG is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional holiday expectations based on business needs.
FLSA Exemption Status: Salaried (Exempt). This is an on-site role with no remote work options.
