Responsibilities
- Support business partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to understand business priorities and help create people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities and support business growth.
- Performance management: Lead and enhance the end-to-end performance review process, overseeing annual and mid-year review cycles, facilitating calibration and compensation discussions, and coaching managers to foster accountability and talent development.
- Employee relations: Advise managers and employees on workplace concerns and day-to-day employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment, promoting a respectful and positive work environment.
- Organizational development: Evaluate team structures alongside business leaders, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of organizational changes.
- Change management support: Assist with organizational change initiatives and help prepare teams and leaders for successful change adoption.
- Leadership support: Build trusted relationships with managers, understand their business objectives, and provide ongoing guidance and strategic people support.
- Data analysis: Analyze People metrics and workforce data, including employee experience and lifecycle insights, to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Employee engagement: Partner with leaders to implement initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
- People programs support: Contribute to the design and execution of people programs that encourage employee growth, learning, and development.
- People team support: Actively contribute to the People Experience team by strengthening HR practices and supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- HR Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR or People experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting multiple business functions. You bring strong expertise in organizational design, change management, performance management, DEIB, culture initiatives, leadership coaching, employee development, and people programs such as rewards and recognition. A solid background in People analytics, using workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions, is essential for this role.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business objectives and performance drivers while leveraging workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Leadership Partnership: Experience collaborating with leaders, influencing decision-making, and driving accountability in support of People initiatives.
- Global Perspective: Proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong working relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Ability to work effectively with key partners across the People Team, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Total Rewards, to deliver integrated People solutions.

Pay
$100k to $130k annually.
