About the role

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role is based in Hebron, OH. The position collaborates with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development. ArmorSource, LLC is a leading manufacturer of ballistic helmets and advanced head protection products, supplying mission-critical safety equipment to top military and law enforcement organizations, including the United States Department of Defense and NATO Special Forces.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on HR policies and ensure consistent interpretation and application.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and coaching to support a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support training initiatives and assist in developing engagement and retention programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Partner with management to promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and policies, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently.
  • Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment law and experience ensuring compliance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience with performance management processes.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and basic data reporting; strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in manufacturing, defense, or highly regulated industries is beneficial.
