About the role

The HR Business Partner helps align Van Pool Transportation LLC’s people strategy with its business strategy. Together with managers, the HRBPs work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

Responsibilities

  • Be a People Champion: Handle employee relations, investigations, labor relations, employee engagement, and benefit questions. Solve problems to create a valued and motivated workplace.
  • Drive Change: Shape HR strategies and initiatives that drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with team members and leaders to understand their needs and provide top-notch HR support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge in employment law.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in tools like Workday, MS Office, and AI integration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
