Responsibilities
- Identify trends and implement action plans with regional and divisional leaders using HR data
- Counsel leadership on performance management practices like coaching and career development
- Collaborate with subject matter leaders on key talent initiatives
- Lead workforce planning processes to support staffing with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development
- Act as a compensation consultant guiding leaders on compensation decisions
- Provide day-to-day HR support including policy interpretation and exit interviews
- Design and implement centralized HR tools and processes based on business needs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant human resources experience in a fast-paced multi-site organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- Strong understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Experience providing HR consultation on strategic initiatives
- Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels and solving business problems with data
- Able to work independently and collaboratively towards HR goals
- Knowledge of employment law and its application in policy administration
