Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and implement action plans with regional and divisional leaders using HR data
  • Counsel leadership on performance management practices like coaching and career development
  • Collaborate with subject matter leaders on key talent initiatives
  • Lead workforce planning processes to support staffing with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development
  • Act as a compensation consultant guiding leaders on compensation decisions
  • Provide day-to-day HR support including policy interpretation and exit interviews
  • Design and implement centralized HR tools and processes based on business needs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant human resources experience in a fast-paced multi-site organization
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and employee relations
  • Experience providing HR consultation on strategic initiatives
  • Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels and solving business problems with data
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively towards HR goals
  • Knowledge of employment law and its application in policy administration
