Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic guidance and operational support to leaders while helping build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner.
• Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity through research, analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, workforce planning, or change initiatives is preferred.
• Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations is a plus.

• Competitive base salary range of $75,000 - $115,000 USD per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.
