About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization. They collaborate closely with department heads to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Facilitate training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct exit interviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
