Human Resources Business Partner

Your Challenge

• Take ownership of the complete software lifecycle for industrial IoT edge devices and gateways
• Design, develop, and maintain robust embedded Linux systems and applications
• Implement secure over-the-air (OTA) update mechanisms and device management solutions
• Optimize system performance, memory footprint, and power consumption
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and validate device specifications
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in production environments

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in embedded Linux development
• Expertise in C/C++ and Python for embedded systems
• Strong knowledge of Linux kernel internals, device drivers, and system programming
• Experience with Yocto Project or Buildroot for custom Linux distributions
• Familiarity with network protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, TCP/IP) and cybersecurity concepts
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration on edge devices
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
