Position Responsibilities
- Partner in Leadership review process with Director of Operations
- Create and follow up on individual development plans
- Provide one-on-one coaching for performance improvement alongside the Director of Operations
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of multi-store, multi-state HR generalist experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, including employee relations and handling sensitive matters
- Experience with behavioral interviewing and knowledge of federal/state labor law
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant or retail environment
- Multi-brand experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems
- Experience developing and leading onboarding programs
- Able to manage deadlines and thrive under pressure
- Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
