Position Responsibilities

  • Partner in Leadership review process with Director of Operations
  • Create and follow up on individual development plans
  • Provide one-on-one coaching for performance improvement alongside the Director of Operations

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of multi-store, multi-state HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, including employee relations and handling sensitive matters
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing and knowledge of federal/state labor law
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant or retail environment
  • Multi-brand experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience developing and leading onboarding programs
  • Able to manage deadlines and thrive under pressure
  • Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
