The Role (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals
- Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, objectivity, and care
- Support leaders through change — restructures, transitions, and everything in between
- Coach and develop managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders
- Drive performance, engagement, and talent development initiatives that move the needle
- Ensure compliance with federal/state employment law, company policy, and collective bargaining agreements
- Analyze HR metrics and use data to tell compelling stories and inform smart decisions
- Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity
What You'll Do

What You Bring
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations; labor/union environment experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations standards
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
- Strong working knowledge of NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and related employment law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- A solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset with strong initiative and follow-through
- Spanish language skills a plus; hospitality industry experience a plus
