The Role (HRBP)

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, objectivity, and care
  • Support leaders through change — restructures, transitions, and everything in between
  • Coach and develop managers to become stronger, more confident people leaders
  • Drive performance, engagement, and talent development initiatives that move the needle
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state employment law, company policy, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Analyze HR metrics and use data to tell compelling stories and inform smart decisions
  • Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity

What You'll Do

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations; labor/union environment experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years conducting workplace investigations and supporting employee relations standards
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
  • Strong working knowledge of NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and related employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • A solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset with strong initiative and follow-through
  • Spanish language skills a plus; hospitality industry experience a plus
