Roles And Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, tailoring enterprise-wide initiatives to meet business unit needs.
Lead the Talent Assessment Process to ensure we have the right talent in place—now and for the future.
Deliver strategic insights by analyzing workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve performance.
Serve as a strategic HR advisor, identifying challenges through people data and proactively addressing them to support business outcomes.
Champion the execution and continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and best practices.
Manage core HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and engagement, ensuring consistency and compliance.
Coach and guide managers on effective leadership practices and support career development strategies for team growth.
Evaluate and support learning and development initiatives to ensure they align with organizational needs and priorities.
Resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on improving the overall employee experience and recommending long-term process improvements.

Experience And Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as a business partner supporting a distributed or field-based organization.
CHRP, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
Work Environment
Corporate headquarters is located at:1983 Brennan Plaza High Ridge, MO 63049
This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment- work from work is required
This position will be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
