Human Resources Business Partner
About the role
We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Human Resources Business Partner to support the Engineering Division. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in an organization that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Absorb and interpret organizational needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assist with daily inquiries from employees.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leave administration, payroll, and recruitment to resolve any matters that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
- Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to administer and drive initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- BA/BS in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity.
- Possess business savvy and knowledge to partner with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, execution oriented, and perform effectively.
- Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
- The ability to work independently.
- Analytical reporting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiar with HR related systems (Dayforce, Workday, ADP).

Pay
The annual pay range for this position is $70,500 - $81,000, which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflecting the hiring range for candidates. An individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
Schedule
This role is a hybrid role working 3 days a week at our Rockleigh, NJ campus.
