About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization’s business units, ensuring alignment with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business units in aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
  • Conducts employee engagement surveys and analyzes results to inform HR strategies.
  • Collaborates with managers to develop and implement training programs.
  • Facilitates performance management processes and provides coaching to employees.
  • Manages employee relations issues and conducts exit interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and conducting exit interviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance with labor laws.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
