  • Workforce Planning Experience: Talent Acquisition, Retention, Succession Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Future Workforce Needs
  • Employee Relations Experience: Years of Experience, Complexity of Investigations Led
  • Use of Workforce Metrics and Data: Influence Leadership Decisions
  • Classification and Compensation Experience
