About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic support to the business, develop and execute a human resource plan aligned with the business strategy, and drive results for the location(s) you support. This role involves working both strategically and hands-on with Operations partners to deliver results for the building in line with company expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance indicators of the business unit
  • Partner with leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and capability implications of the business strategy
  • Coach and advise leaders on talent development and performance management
  • Support key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews
  • Drive the talent review process and partner with leaders to create individual development plans
  • Partner with Operations on HR and company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Partner with COE to drive focus and awareness of organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level
  • Partner with site senior leadership to ensure a strong strategic vision aligned with local culture

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Human Resources-related laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence leaders
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus
  • Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization
  • Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels
  • Project management, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using data to inform insights
  • Identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Able to travel occasionally to other locations as needed
