Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership in healthcare or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements in multi-state healthcare environments
- Skilled in change management, organizational development, and data-driven decision-making
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations for assigned facilities
- Serve as the organization’s primary authority for employee relations, ensuring consistent policy application, resolution of complex issues, and proactive risk management
- Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics, including employee compliance, turnover, workers’ compensation, exit trends, and engagement surveys
- Collaborate with key facility leadership to support workforce planning, culture initiatives, and retention strategies
- Partners with legal and compliance teams to manage regulatory audits, employee complaints, and investigations
- Serve as a key liaison between facility leadership and corporate HR to ensure alignment on policies, programs, and HR initiatives
- Support leadership development through coaching and alignment with organizational values and performance expectations
- Maintain current knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and legislation impacting healthcare and behavioral health organizations
- Adhere to the requirements of the Company’s Standards of Conduct, Compliance and Privacy/Security policies/procedures, and/or applicable laws or regulations
