Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, and Benefits
- Strong knowledge in employment law
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Workday, MS Office, and AI integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
