Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement talent management initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure reliability in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement to minimize risks.
  • Champion innovative HR practices that enhance workforce productivity and adaptability.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across teams to build organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in large-scale or matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience of 2 years of applying California legislation knowledge required.
  • 3 or more years of Labor Relations/Union experience.

  • Timely delivery of HR projects and achievement of strategic goals.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership within HR and business teams.
  • Reduction in employee relations issues and increased operational efficiency.

Pay

Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000
