Core Responsibilities
- HRIS & Onboarding Coordination: Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate new hire processes.
- Benefits & Compliance Support: Initiate the escalation of complex issues and concerns to the HR Generalist or higher level HR staff; assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff.
- HR Communications Management: Assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff. Manage HR Support inbox ensuring responses within one business day.
- Administrative & Project Support: Coordinate Termination report, anniversary letters, and invoice processing; support HR projects, clear Fidelity errors, and complete assigned tasks.
EXPANDED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate new hire processes.

- Absorb and respond to escalated issues from employees.
- Assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff.
- Coordinate Termination report, anniversary letters, and invoice processing.
- Support HR projects, clear Fidelity errors, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work in the United States
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite
- Experience utilizing AI for process improvement
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving ability and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or healthcare environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
- Familiarity with compliance requirements
- Risk-based Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality of employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, perform exclusion checks and report discrepancies, and accurately manage HRIS data.
