Core Responsibilities

  • HRIS & Onboarding Coordination: Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate new hire processes.
  • Benefits & Compliance Support: Initiate the escalation of complex issues and concerns to the HR Generalist or higher level HR staff; assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff.
  • HR Communications Management: Assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff. Manage HR Support inbox ensuring responses within one business day.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Coordinate Termination report, anniversary letters, and invoice processing; support HR projects, clear Fidelity errors, and complete assigned tasks.

EXPANDED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate new hire processes.
  • Initiate the escalation of complex issues and concerns to the HR Generalist or higher level HR staff.
  • Absorb and respond to escalated issues from employees.
  • Assist with benefits administration and perform regular exclusion checks for licensed staff.
  • Coordinate Termination report, anniversary letters, and invoice processing.
  • Support HR projects, clear Fidelity errors, and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to work in the United States
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite
  • Experience utilizing AI for process improvement
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving ability and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or healthcare environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements
  • Risk-based Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality of employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, perform exclusion checks and report discrepancies, and accurately manage HRIS data.
  • Ensure timely communication
