Job Duties
- Receptionist front desk support on Mondays and Fridays
- Aid in the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Prepare, maintain, and audit employee files
- Contribute to daily tasks and projects within the HR team
- Support payroll and benefits during open enrollment periods
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR communications and newsletters
Knowledge And Skills Preferred
- Professional communicator with both written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills
- Strong writing and editing abilities with a proven ability to craft engaging content
- Strong organizational skills

Hours (24 hours): This role will support the front desk on Mondays and Fridays from 8 AM – 5 PM. The remaining schedule can be flexible and discussed during the interview process.
