What We Need

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join McCLARIN Composites. This position is a 1st shift full-time position. We may consider part-time. This position will be located at the corporate office in Hanover, PA. As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative support to the human resources operations and will report to the Human Resources Manager. This role will require you to be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma and/or college degree a plus
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 1-year human resources experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have the following requirements:
    • General office management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Able to prioritize competing tasks effectively
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Accurate and timely data entry
    • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Problem solving—individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
    • Interpersonal Skills—individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things
    • Oral communication—individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings
    • Written Communication—individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information
    • Planning/organizing—individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
