About the role
A human resources assistant position is available. This role supports the HR department in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee records and data entry
- Coordinate scheduling and attendance management
- Support recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate databases
- Prepare reports and assist in compliance with HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
