Human Resource Manager - Northeast

About the job

As a Louis Vuitton Human Resources Manager, you will be accountable for cultivating and developing your fellow team members within this role. You will work to optimize workplace performance in support of business goals through strategic recruiting, HR planning, change management, organizational design, and talent management. This role partners with business leaders on all talent and hiring matters and will coach leadership on performance management as well. This person will help manage centralized initiatives as well as consolidations of all human resources activities inclusive of, but not limited to activities related to employee reviews, headcount, staff costs, as well as other corporate deployed projects.

The candidate must be strategic as well as tactical as this is a "hands-on" position which requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. Successful candidate will possess considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration, excellent problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, superior conflict management skills, approachability, dealing with ambiguity, command and influencing abilities, motivating others, drive for results, and building effective teams.

Pay

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$110,000 - $155,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
