About the role
The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that members and guests have positive experiences through the selection and training of employees to support the organization’s efforts. This is a one-person office, supported by a payroll specialist and controller. The role requires a positive attitude, commitment to competence, professionalism, and excellence in customer service. Issues are addressed with cooperation and resolved professionally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency in performance management and compliance with employment laws
- Skills in developing HR policies, training, and development programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is beneficial

Pay
Non-exempt salary position based on a 45-hour work week; salary range of $70,000–80,000 per year.
