We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in all aspects of HR, including benefits and payroll, training development, auditing, HRIS, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, HR Policies & Procedures, and recruiting. This role will involve supporting a network of 15+ franchises and will require regular travel. The successful candidate will be an expert in conflict resolution and will have a proven track record of creating and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource role, preferably in a managerial position.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in benefits and payroll, training development, auditing, HRIS, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, policy administration, HR Policies & Procedures, and recruiting.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or franchises, with a willingness to travel regularly.
- Proven conflict resolution skills, with an ability to manage difficult situations and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and analysis.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
