Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and roles (30–40 hires regularly)
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records compliance
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies
- Oversee onboarding, background checks, and HR administrative functions
Qualifications
- Experience in HR generalist functions including recruiting and employee relations
- Payroll processing experience (Paylocity preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Experience supporting multi-state operations
