Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Management of performance review processes and support for leadership development initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintenance of HR records and systems, and generation of reports for leadership.
• Serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required.

Salary

$69,898 – $72,400 depending on experience
