Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Management of performance review processes and support for leadership development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintenance of HR records and systems, and generation of reports for leadership.
- Serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred but not required.
Salary
$69,898 – $72,400 depending on experience
