What Your Day Will Look Like
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable state laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee performance issues and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Cookordinator benefits and leave administration.
Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED, HR related degrees or certifications a plus!
- A minimum of 1 year HR experience.
- Proficient computer / technology skills required.
- Previous experience in heavy recruitment and onboarding procedures needed.
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional manner in a fast-paced office environment.
- Highly ethical with unquestioned integrity.
- Ability to advise management and meet deadlines.
- Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
