What You'll Do
- Lead all Human Resources operations and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
- Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
- Oversee benefits administration, HRIS, employee records, and government reporting.
- Coincide management training on HR best practices.
- Administer compensation and performance review programs.
- Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies to improve retention and reduce absenteeism.
- Coincide a safe, productive, and positive manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Paylocity experience is a plus.
