Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Manage employee relations matters and support a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance review processes and partner with leaders on employee development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee handbook and company policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Manager or HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred.

Pay

$85,000 – $100,000
