Supports the organization’s human resources operations by administering policies, programs, and practices that foster compliance, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance that ensures alignment with business objectives and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Complete all onboarding processes for Corporate hires from offer acceptance through orientation for a successful start for each hire
- Support and process all employment actions for Corporate employees, including accurate HRIS and payroll-related updates
- Assist with the offboarding process for Corporate employees, ensuring final pay and any related payouts are completed timely and accurately
- Assist with management of eTime system use by salaried staff; complete updates, run reports and audits, and perform necessary employment actions as required
- Maintain a working understanding of all HR policies, procedures, and regulations; provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all Corporate employees and location HR representatives regarding Human Resources matters; provide consultation, support, conduct investigations, or refer matters to correct parties as appropriate
- Assist with maintenance of HR vendor relationships and information, including setting up location and user access, troubleshooting issues, coding invoices, audit compliance, and related activities
- Respond to Corporate employee questions related to leave management, ensure proper use/application, communication, and other activities related to available leave
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition events, holiday parties, and employee celebrations
- Assist in start-up and shut-down activities for field locations as requested
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- 2-4 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience and understanding of a broad area of HR activities
- 1-2 years experience processing payroll/timekeeping, specifically human resources-directed changes (hires, terms, rates, positions, relocation, retro, etc.)
- Corporate and multi-site experience
- Experience supporting multiple Human Resources disciplines including employee relations, talent acquisition, employee and organization development, compliance, etc.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, Interactive Dialog, Leaves of Absence, STD/LTD, FMLA, USERRA, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive data
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical ability to review data and process transactions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform work efficiently
- Motivated and collaborative individual
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Preferred: ADP Enterprise experience

Pay
Annual Salary Range: $60,000–$74,000
Schedule
- Full-time
- Hybrid remote work
- Travel requirement: 5–10% outside of immediate area
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed

- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
